Truss Design & Manufacturing

Why Choose Us?

At Brighton Truss, we only use premium grade lumber in crafting our trusses with 2x4 lumber providing our minimum building standard (no 2x3 webs). Utilizing the best in contemporary truss and flooring technologies, we supply comprehensive roof truss packages that require minimal on-site conventional framing (no hidden backend framing charges). TRIFORCE® is an open web joist built entirely of wood and made for faster, easier MEP installation. Its 100% robotic construction ensures precision and reliability. TRIFORCE® is adjustable on site and complies with 2018/2015 IRC R302.13 fire-rating. The made-to-stock aspect of TRIFORCE allows for quick and easy shipping while the 2’ trimmable end on each joist provides flexibility during installation. The open, triangulated configuration of TRIFORCE joist provides strength and stability while facilitating the installation of plumbing, electrical and HVAC components. Whether it is roof trusses, I-Joist, or TRIFORCE you are looking for, we can design, build, and deliver whatever you need.

MiTek

With longer clear spans than conventional lumber, architects and engineers can now enjoy clear span flexibility and building design freedom. Its open web design eliminates the need for cutting and drilling; so plumbing, electrical and ventilation services are installed quickly, saving time and money. POSI-STRUT trusses also permit the installation of strongback bridging which reduces vibration.
